How quickly will my order be delivered?

How can I track my delivery?
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This way you can track the status of your order. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please send an email to service@itsrong.nl as soon as possible with the details below.
- Your first and last name
- The shipping address
- The name of the article in question
- The corresponding order number
Have you already received the shipping confirmation? Then unfortunately we can no longer cancel the order. You will then have to wait until the package is delivered and then return it according to our return policy.

How can I return my product?
You can easily return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Follow the instructions in our return policy.
My item is damaged/defective
It may happen that your product is unintentionally damaged or defective upon receipt. Send an email to service@itstrong.nl with:
- A photo of the damage or defect
- A description of the damage or defect
- The corresponding order number
How do I receive my refund?
Once the return has been received and approved by us, you will receive the purchase amount back in the same way as you paid.
How long does it take before I receive my money?
We aim to refund the purchase amount within 5 working days .
